Gabby Ong, LPC
Gabby Ong is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Avila University. She works with clients ages 12 and up, and has experience working with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and life-transitions. Gabby incorporates techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to guide her clients toward meaningful change. Gabby has experience across multiple levels of care and currently works as a therapist with an adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program. Gabby is passionate about helping clients approach their struggles with compassion and see anxiety as something they can navigate. The decision to come to therapy can be a big and vulnerable step. Gabby is committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe, seen, and empowered. She believes that vulnerability is a source of strength and that it's possible to feel proud of who you are, no matter what challenges you’re facing.
