Amy Green LPC
Amy Green is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents (16+) and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. She earned her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Emporia State University and her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Kansas State University. Amy has experience supporting clients through grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Her primary therapeutic modality is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based model that helps people make space for difficult emotions while moving toward their values. She also integrates other evidence-based approaches as needed to meet the unique needs of each client. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate. Amy believes that while life isn’t always fair and can sometimes feel overwhelming, people have the resilience to create meaningful change. She partners with clients to explore what matters most, strengthen coping skills, and take practical steps toward greater balance, connection, and well-being.
