Suzanne McRoberts, MS, T-LPC
Suzanne earned a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology from Avila University and her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ashford University. Suzanne is passionate about helping clients navigate the challenges of today’s world. Suzanne focuses her work on adults age 18 and over with a multitude of challenges from anxiety, depression, and grief to various psychological disorders. She thinks that people are complex, but most of the time we are our own worst enemies. Suzanne uses a variety of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) in her practice. She sees individuals dealing with relationship issues, grief, trauma, loss, depression, anxiety, etc. She sees couples for relationship counseling, pre-marital counseling, etc. Suzanne uses the same direct approach to counseling as she does to life. “The good life is a process, not a state of being.” – Carl Rogers
